To collect and assess end-users feedbacks on their current and future requirements and to evaluate the project services and products.

WP1 - User Consultation and feedbacks [Months: 1-36]

Lead beneficiary: FMI
In WP1 the end-users' current and future requirements of project products and services will be collected and carefully assessed to prioritize the proposed products and services in each case study. Finally, end-users' evaluation feedbacks on products and services produced in the project will be collected and assessed.

T1.1 - Collecting end-users' current and future requirements [Months: 1-6]

FMI, GAMMA, ENVEO, SYKE, VTT
In WP1 end-users' current and future requirements of project products and services will be collected via questionnaires. Face to face meetings with national end-users will be orgarnised by each project partner.

T1.2 - Assessment of end-users' inputs [Months: 6-10]

FMI, GAMMA, ENVEO, SYKE, VTT
After collectioning the end-users' requirements, an assessment will be carefully carried on in order to identify priority requirements leading to a prioritization of the proposed products and services in each case study. The prioritization will be done in close collaboration with selected end-users within first 6 months of the project.

T1.3 - Collecting end-users' feedback on product and services [Months: 28-34]

End-users' evaluation feedbacks on products and services produced in the project will be collected after the demonstration phase via questionnaires and face to face meetings. An analysis of the feedbacks will be conducted and th results will be assessed in light of the explotation strategy.
